Weekly meal prep & weekly ordering
Our menu changes weekly so that you do not get tired of the same old stuff.
With our meal prep service there is not a minimum order or any type of contract! Order what you want, how many you want, and when you want! It is that simple!
How to Order
Click on "Online Orders" tab on the top of page
Select Food Item
Choose Size - Small, Regular, or XL
Choose Quantity
Click "Add to my order"
Add any special request
Choose delivery or Pickup
If Order is complete, Click "Order Now"

Breakfast Prices*
Small - $6.00
Regular - $7.00
XL - $8.00
Signature Meal Prices*
Small - $7.00 - $7.75
4-5 oz. of protein, 1/2 cup of carbs, 3/4 cup of veggie
Regular - $8.00 - $8.75
6-7 oz. of protein, 1 cup of carbs, 1 cup of veggie
XL - $9.50 - $10.25
8-9 oz. of protein, 1-1/2 cup of carbs, 1-1/2 cup of veggies
How to enjoy your meals!
Microwave food in the container for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches your desired temperature and enjoy!
Containers and food are freezer friendly
Do not put containers in the oven
